Founded in 2019, Remedy was born from a passion for exceptional bourbon. We believe great bourbon isn't defined by how many years it spends in a barrel or by the price on the shelf—it all comes down to taste. And just as every person's palate is unique, every barrel develops its own distinct character. This is why our bourbon is bottled as a single barrel bourbon whiskey.
So, what makes our award-winning Remedy bourbon and whiskey special? It starts with quality ingredients. Every step of our process is intentional, including the water we use. Our water is sourced from a natural spring in the North Georgia Blue Ridge Mountains and transported to our distillery. In fact, one nationally recognized pizza chain uses this same spring water to make the dough served in all of its restaurants. We believe this exceptional water plays an important role in creating the remarkably smooth character of our bourbons and whiskeys.
Remedy Distillery is located inside the historic Georgia Boot Factory, a red-brick landmark built in the 1950s that still showcases its original character and charm. Nestled alongside the railroad tracks in the heart of downtown Flowery Branch, our distillery offers a truly unique setting.
Our 1,400-square-foot tasting room provides a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests can relax, enjoy handcrafted cocktails, and watch the trains roll by from a front-row seat. For larger gatherings, our warehouse event space offers approximately 3,000 square feet, making it the perfect venue for private parties, corporate events, celebrations, and special occasions.
Hungry? You'll find an outstanding café next door serving the best smash burgers and fries, along with nearby Mexican and barbecue restaurants—across the street. Conveniently located less than a mile from I-985, just two miles from the Atlanta Falcons' training facility, and only minutes from beautiful Lake Lanier, Remedy is more than a distillery—it's a destination.
